Real Option 1: Write us a personal check. We'll hold it until your financial aid arrives, is direct deposited, or you receive a check from the University.
Don't worry...We work with you to make sure your check doesn't bounce. Call us if your financial aid is delayed and we'll make sure your check is deposited after you receive your funds!
Real Option 2: Don't have checks? No problem. We'll take your Cougar One or TSU Trojan card information and run your transaction after your financial aid arrives, is direct deposited, or you receive a check from the University.
Don’t worry…We work with you to make sure the transaction is run after you get your money. Call us if your financial aid is delayed and we’ll make sure your money arrives before charging your bank account.

Q: How long will you hold my check or debit/credit card?
A: We normally allow two weeks from the start of class before the money is due. However, if your money has not arrived we’ll work with you to ensure that your account is not charged until after your money arrives. All we ask is that you give us a call.
Q: What happens to my credit/debit card information after the account is paid?
A: We respect your privacy and ensure that your account information stays safe. After the account is paid in full, we shred the card information and dispose of it in a secure manner.
Q: What about refunds?
A: Students charging their books receive the same return privileges as any other students.
Q: Can I use either of these options to rent my textbooks?
A: A valid credit card is required for all textbook rentals and will be charged at the time of rental.
